Welcome! Fisher Street Bar and Grill is currently under construction but we will be open soon.

After clearing out the 110 year old building in downtown Goldthwaite TX, construction began on Fisher Street Bar and Grill in 2019,  It quickly became clear that the town was hungry (and thirsty) for a cozy eatery that offered a menu that was both affordable and satisfying.  Sparing no attention to detail, the work began to transform a former dress factory/car dealership and antique store into a restaurant that everyone could enjoy.  With an opening date scheduled for the end of 2021, we know that Fisher Street Bar and Grill is going to be a place that you’ll love!
